Order Tracking

When you place an order with you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email orderstatus@edelbioskincare.com


Tracking numbers are assigned to packages at the point of shipment and will appear on our Web site along with your order information. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for the package to enter the carrier's tracking system and for the tracking number to be viewable on the carrier's Web site.


Check your email. Email confirmations will be sent to you, keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.Visit the Web site. Sign In to your Account and go to Order History. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders. Contact us. Return Policy & Guarantee

To return or exchange a product, please email customerservice@edelbioskincare.com, or fax us at ### within 15 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price.

Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.


Out-of-Stock & Back Order

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
